Old Barns For Sale By Owner

Hello this is a 100 year old carriage house/ barn. It was build by a prominent physician Dr. Lachenour in the late 1800’s. It was one of the first built house and barn on the mountain over looking the Lehigh and Delaware River. It has a second floor. It has a large 30 foot header beam. I would like if someone could tear down the entire building, haul off everything and salvage the barn wood. Please contact me. I would like a signed contract guarantees start to finish process. This is Best offer. Thank you
