We have your 20×30 gambrel with 10ft shed plans. I’m trying to locate a calculation for size of piers. Can you please advise? Thanks and Happy Easter!

Hi Pamela,
We recommend at least a 24″ diameter pier, a minimum of 12″ thick to support any post that supports a loft. Other posts such as door posts and lean to posts, we recommend a pier 18″ in diameter by 12″ thick minimum. Refer to local building codes for other guidelines, such as frost depths.
