Stats

The Greensburg Frame measures 32’ wide x 44’ long. It is constructed with hand hewn beech beams and predates the 1880s. It is comprised of 4 bents made from 8”x8” posts and 6”x6” tie beams – all of which are hand hewn beech beams. We plan to shorten this frame to make the peak 22’ tall. A loft can be added down the entire center of the barn, or just on the two ends. Any timber frame modifications needed can be completed by us. We will also work directly with an engineer and architect to turn this frame into your dream home or getaway lodge. This barn is still standing in Greensburg, Indiana and is available to tour by appointment.
