We recently purchased this property and it has a small 2 story barn on it that has been modified and winterized and used for alpacas. Unfortunately the animals have chewed away some of the floor joists and other wood. The upper exterior appears to have mostly original siding boards. It has a sheet metal roof. The lower exterior area has had corrugated fiberglass panels attached presumably to make the structure wind proof. The basic original frame is wooden pegged. There are some braces and some newer timbers upstairs that are nailed. There is still a massive amount of the barn that is very salvageable and usable. We are only offering it to potentially fund a more modern storage area.
