Restoring a Barn (contractor needed)

We live in Downtown Ottawa, Canada and on our property is the original Carriage Barn from 1900 when the house was built. It is complete with 2 stalls and the original tin roof.

it is in serious need of repair and we are having difficulty finding someone to save it. General Contractors are unfamiliar with these types of structures and are quoting us crazy prices. Do you know of anyone who can fix a barn without taking down the existing structure?
