Refinishing Weathering and Graying Barn Wood

I have an old barn that I love- it is greying around the edges. What is the best way/product to use to restore their rich red-brown color to the graying areas?

    Any good quality oil-based paint or stain that matches the color you desire.

    Water-based products will chip and peel leaving you frustrated.

    Most old barns were originally painted with linseed oil-based paint.
