Do you know of any barns in Middleville, Hastings, Byron Center or Caledonia that are in good condition that can be rented for a wedding ceremony and reception?
I have googled everything under the sun and have seen many beautiful vintage barns that could be rented for a day. The places to rent through pretty much require you to use their references to plan a wedding.
We would like to find something under 1k to rent for a Friday evening, and all day Saturday in September or October. Any idea?

We are looking for a enclosed picnic lodge or barn for our wedding reception. Hopefully, an inexpensive spot. We also would like to find a barn to rent.

Shawhaven Farm in Mason MI might be just the thing you are looking for. They use their barn for weddings, parties, and local meetings. They designed their barn with men’s and women’s bathrooms and a large open space that would accommodate a dance floor.
