Barn Frame Sales

Located in New Palestine, IN, this barn measures 64’ long x 46’ wide. The main frame is 64’ long x 34’ wide (with a 12’ wide lean-to). It is made up of 7 bents that contain roughly 9”x9” posts and 10”x8” tie beams – all of which are hand hewn beech beams. This barn was raised up onto concrete columns and had the center posts removed to make room for large farm equipment. If the posts are placed directly on a foundation the peak of the barn will be 26’. However, new columns can be poured to raise this barn to whatever height you would like. The purchase of this frame includes the hand hewn frame itself and the 2”x5” rafters. All beams will be pressure washed, repairs will be made and replacement parts will be added before shipment. Reconstruction can also be provided. This frame would make a beautiful home or small event venue (2944 sq ft). This barn is currently standing and can be seen before being dismantled. Please call Evan at 812-709-0066 for pricing and additional details. More photos can be see on our website: https://www.divineheritagebarns.com/barn-frames
